Hi, I’m Anita

I believe fitness should work for you, not against you. No matter your schedule, experience level, or past injuries, I’ll help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel great every day. No one has time for grueling, impossible workouts—especially when life (or work) already feels like a full-body endurance event.

My Background

I come from Budapest, Hungary, where my family owned a fitness club. Since moving to Canada, I’ve spent the last 30 years collecting certifications like they were loyalty points—from Pilates and Yoga to Zumba and Strength Training. I’ve taught at Premier Fitness, Balance Fitness, FitBody Boulevard, Crunch Fitness, Cedar Springs Health & Racquet Club, and at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS), where I’ve worked since 2006.

  • Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor – CanFitPro

  • Instructor Certifications in Turbo Kick, Zumba, Strong Nation, PiYo, and Pilates

  • American Sport and Fitness Association (ASFA) Instructor Certification

  • A long list of specialized training courses (I stopped counting after 20) through Crunch and Udemy

  • Currently working on NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification

I’ve experienced it firsthand—from sports injuries to hours of sitting that left my neck and back in constant tension. Over time, I shifted my focus toward injury prevention, mobility, and sustainable movement.
